What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with each Seller. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products. Usually, the shipping charge is calculated as a fixed fee for the first piece in order and thereafter it increases as per the total pieces of products. In the case of large products like rear mudguard, tail panel, visor, etc, additional shipping is charged as per the actual size of the material. For example, the typical shipping charge for a rear mudguard is approx. 200-500. Depending upon the availability of courier service at your location, and distance this amount can vary. Rs 20 to 500 charge for delivery per item may be applied if the order value is less than Rs 2500. While, orders of Rs 2500 or above for B2C Customer are delivered free.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates. Basak M Parts only use highly reliable e-commerce friendly couriers like Delhivery, Ecart, DTDC etc to deliver your order at your door step. After receiving your order, we complete the despatch process in just 24 hours. we deliver all India, order delivery will take 2-7 days to arrive.(Note: In exceptional case, delivery can take more time than expected.)

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Basak M Part. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.

Basak M Parts does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

'In Stock' For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. 'Available' The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location. 'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming' Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week) 'Out of Stock' Currently, the item is not available for sale. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller. 'Temporarily Unavailable' The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase. 'Permanently Discontinued' This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued. 'Out of Print' This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.

What is the shipping policy for B2B customer?

Most orders are billed, packed, and dispatched on the same day of ordering. The cut-off time is 3PM - 5PM for Same-Day dispatch. Please note that Same-Day Dispatch is done on the best effort’s basis. 2.1 In keeping with Basak M Part's goal of ensuring User satisfaction, this return and refund Policy (Return and Refund Policy), together with the Terms of Use, sets out Basak M Parts procedures and policies in accepting Product returns, once a Product has been delivered to a User after purchase from the Platforms. Any return of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy. 2.2 Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms. 3.0.1 For B2C Yes, we accept returns. A. Products that have been invoiced or dispatched from Basak M Parts can only be returned or exchanged as per Basak M Parts returns policy. B. Returns will be accepted only in cases when the product does not fit your bike/scooty or wrong/damaged product was delivered to you. C. In cases where an incorrect product was ordered by the customer, shipping and handling charges will be deducted. D. Change of mind after dispatch of the product from Basak M Parts or after receiving of the product by customer will not be considered a valid reason for returning a product. F. Any return request has to be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests raised after the 3 days, window would not be processed. G. All products need to be returned in their original packaging and should reach back to us within 10 days of a return request getting accepted Return Orders received back to our warehouse after a window of 10 days from the date of return request acceptance would not be eligible for refund. H. Choose a comfortable and affordable courier from your side (you may choose India Post also) and return the duly packed product at our Postal address. 3.0.2 For B2B BASAK M PARTS offers cancellation & refund before products are invoiced. All you have to do is to notify us via email within 12 hours of your order, or press the Cancel Order button on your My Order page For cancellation, you need to contact office@basakmparts.com with your order number or call us. Refunds will be given between 2 to 5 working days. 3.0.3 In all events of cancellation, prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, Basak M Part shall initiate refunds within 5 (five) business days from the date on which it received the request from the User.
